As a Beauty Advisor and a valued member of the Bari Casamassima team you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: you will make them feel pampered listened to and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client-centric solutions offering clients personalized consultations based on their profiles.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Organize and manage the stockroom of the store and deliveries.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit with a trustful and open interaction by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
- Fostering a positive and productive environment highlighting wins celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
Do not hesitate to apply if you have:
- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant Promoter Beauty Consultant) preferably within dynamic multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.
