Overview

The ERP Section Manager will independently manage and support the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) for internal business operations. This standalone role requires a self-driven specialist to oversee all aspects of ERP functionality.

Responsibilities

ERP System Management:

Configuring implementing and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365BC).
Ensuring the system meets operational and organizational needs.

Project Management:

Leading ERP projects including upgrades module implementations and process improvements.
Delivering projects on time and within budget.

Collaboration:

Working with stakeholders to align ERP functionality with business goals.
Serving as the primary ERP contact.

Vendor Management:

Coordinating with partners and vendors to resolve technical issues.

Data & Process Management:

Ensuring data accuracy and security.
Identifying and implementing process improvements using D365BC.

Compliance & User Support:

Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Providing user support and training.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or a related field.
3-5 years of ERP support experience (D365BC preferred) with independent management skills.

Skills:

Proficiency in D365BC including configurations and reporting.
Strong project management analytical and communication skills.

Preferred:

Experience in FMCG/manufacturing.
Relevant certifications.
