Job Description
Our client is a leading European agency responsible for supporting EU and Schengen countries in managing external borders combating cross-border crime and coordinating large-scale border control operations. As a Senior FullStack Engineer you will design build and optimize enterprise-level applications using .NET and React. You will play a key role in setting software development standards leading technical teams and ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of performance security and quality. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders you will contribute across the entire software lifecycle - from requirements and design to development testing and release management.

Responsibilities:
Software Development & Architecture
- Design and develop enterprise-level systems and React.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs (UML data layer business logic UI).
- Optimize solutions for performance scalability and security.
Leadership & Standards
- Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.
- Define software development standards and ensure adherence.
- Propose technical solutions for business and technical challenges.
Lifecycle Management
- Manage configuration testing quality assurance and release processes.
- Produce technical documentation and testing tools.
- Collect and analyze software metrics to improve efficiency.
Support & Innovation
- Prototype new solutions and contribute to change management.
- Act as 2nd and 3rd line support for complex issues.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise
- Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience (3 years in a similar role).
- Proven experience with C# .NET Framework/.NET Core JavaScript React.
- Knowledge of SharePoint 2019 SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online tools.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
- Strong command of Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code.
- At least one full lifecycle project delivered successfully.
- Experience working in Scrum teams.
Education & Certification
- ICT-relevant degree (mandatory).
- Advanced-level certification in software development or equivalent recognized internationally.
- English language certification confirming a minimum B2 level.
