Job Description

Our client is a leading European agency responsible for supporting EU and Schengen countries in managing external borders combating cross-border crime and coordinating large-scale border control operations. With a highly trained uniformed corps deployed across land sea and air borders they work closely with national and international partners to ensure security conduct search and rescue operations and gather intelligence on criminal networks. Operating both within and outside the EU the agency leverages advanced monitoring systems and expertise to respond rapidly to evolving challenges. As part of its ongoing digital transformation it is modernising operational reporting and workforce management to enhance efficiency security and real-time decision-making.


As a Senior FullStack Engineer you will design build and optimize enterprise-level applications using .NET and React. You will play a key role in setting software development standards leading technical teams and ensuring solutions meet the highest standards of performance security and quality. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders you will contribute across the entire software lifecycle - from requirements and design to development testing and release management.

Salary: 330 - 350 per day on B2B contract (12 months renewable)

Working model: Hybrid several days per month from the Warsaw office

Responsibilities:

Software Development & Architecture

  • Design and develop enterprise-level systems and React.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs (UML data layer business logic UI).
  • Optimize solutions for performance scalability and security.

Leadership & Standards

  • Lead development teams and provide technical mentorship.
  • Define software development standards and ensure adherence.
  • Propose technical solutions for business and technical challenges.

Lifecycle Management

  • Manage configuration testing quality assurance and release processes.
  • Produce technical documentation and testing tools.
  • Collect and analyze software metrics to improve efficiency.

Support & Innovation

  • Prototype new solutions and contribute to change management.
  • Act as 2nd and 3rd line support for complex issues.


Requirements:

Technical Expertise

  • Minimum 6 years of IT professional experience (3 years in a similar role).
  • Proven experience with C# .NET Framework/.NET Core JavaScript React.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint 2019 SharePoint Subscription Edition and SharePoint Online tools.
  • Proficiency in manual and automated testing.
  • Strong command of Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code.
  • At least one full lifecycle project delivered successfully.
  • Experience working in Scrum teams.

Education & Certification

  • ICT-relevant degree (mandatory).
  • Advanced-level certification in software development or equivalent recognized internationally.
  • English language certification confirming a minimum B2 level.
