We are seeking a talented individual to join as Consulting & Digital Solutions Leader at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila.
This role focuses on building two major growth areas for MercerMarsh Benefits: Consulting and Digital Solutions. Health and benefits consulting teams work with a wide range of companies to help them assess develop and deploy strategies programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees. H&B consultants advise clients on best practices financial management compliance communication flexible benefits and administration of health and benefit addition Digital Solutions teams offer tools on modernizing benefits administration flexible benefits technology employee engagement and communications to improve overall HR benefits management and employee experience.
We will count on you to:
Accountable to the accelerated growth and P&L of the Consulting and Digital Solutions practice of MercerMarsh Benefits Philippines.
Generates sales by expanding revenues from existing MMB clients and prospects through either direct effort (own team) or by effectively enabling and collaborating with the Sales Team and the Client Relationship teams by executing product orientations campaigns and initiatives.
Leads the team to positively collaborate with Analytics Broking and Placement teams on client projects and deliverables related to clinic management quarterly reviews plan design benchmarking and funding strategy
Serves as lead health consultant on medium to large clients including managing overall proposal and service delivery and solution design. Acts as the day-to-day lead for the client ensuring project requirements solutions and deliverables meet client expectations.
Determines the full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles and responsibilities within the client project team.
Collaborates with local Sales team and regional stakeholders in evaluating the potential and eventually launching new consulting products and services in the market
Leads thought leadership activities (e.g. conducting research and surveys on health and benefits trends) for the country in coordination with local leadership and regional subject matter experts
Exemplifies growth leadership that inspires engages develops and motivates a high-performing Consulting and Digital Solutions team and delivers positive influence and active collaboration with the rest of MMB business.
What you need to have:
15 years in a consulting environment specializing in employee benefits.
Proven ability to meet or exceed financial targets.
Innovative in business development and client solutions.
Strong leadership experience inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
Sales skills with a focus on retention and new business growth.
