Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Leads prioritizes manages develops and coordinates activities of cross functional team members from the Latam subregions to help commercialize a portfolio of products
Coordinates multiple teams to execute concurrent interdependent projects
Provides governance and oversight for the commercial readiness process
Tracks monitors and shares project progress to achieve commercialization or installation stage deliverables and project milestones
Establishes a communication schedule and communicate with stakeholders (including multiple teams sites and disciplines) on a regular basis on the progress of the project
Works closely with regional and subregion commercial partners to understand monitor and mitigate the risk of commercialization in each country
Develops a broad understanding of the Medtronic Matrix surgical products and clinical applications and leverage the knowledge of others
Coordinates track proof and finalize project documents as needed with limited supervision
Collaborates with the regional S. Strategic Marketing Leadership to share the best practices and lessons learned
Participates with the subregion sales teams to review the pipeline specific to RST (lead by strategic marketing)
Ensures the account places an order for consumables and reposables to support initial use of the system
Arranges the details of the commissioning including tracking the shipment notifying Sales Field Service and the Startup Specialist
Coordinate any special requests from the account relative to commissioning
Maintains metrics and dashboards for process control and transparent communications
Builds marketing flow /strategies that support the strategic procedure & product manager
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Fluent in English
Located in Mexico City and is willing to travel
Bachelors Degree in Business (Marketing) Engineering or Operations Management
Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
8-10 years of Project Management and Commercial experience
5 years of experience with medical devices aerospace imaging technology or other highly technical regulated disciplines
Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (Project Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint etc.)
Strategic Marketing initiatives development & deployment
Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs
Supply Chain
Demonstrated skills in managing priorities and making complex operational and business tradeoffs
Intimately familiar with project management concepts (PMI schedule/cost/quality tradeoffs schedule and resource planning etc.)
Independent thinker with the ability to take both a commercial and operational view of complex situations
Experience working with multi-national teams
Ability to solve highly complex problems across multiple business functions
Strong written and oral communication skills in Spanish & English.
Familiar with SFDC
