Job Title: Product Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for building scalable user-centric B2C digital products. If you have a track record of managing high-traffic consumer applications and thrive in fast-paced environments this is the perfect role for you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and strategy to execution and delivery.

- Write clear and concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and collaborate with engineering design and QA teams.

- Deliver features that create a Wow experience for millions of users.

- Build scalable platforms that go beyond individual use cases ensuring long-term growth and flexibility.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into actionable development plans.

- Monitor and optimize key customer experience metrics driving continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

- 2 years of experience in Product Management (or equivalent role).
- Strong technical foundation (degree in technology or 3 years of technical experience).
- Hands-on experience managing B2C digital products with a focus on user experience.
- Proven ability to execute in high-speed environments ideally in a startup or fast-scaling company.
- Business-level English (Japanese proficiency is a plus).
- A Get-Things-Done mindset with a bias toward action.

Work Location

If you do not live in Japan currently relocation to Japan is a must requirement for this position and visa and relocation support will be provided. Of course there are offices but you can live anywhere in Japan you like and work fully remotely if thats your vibe!

Salary
