Talent Acquisition Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:Responsible for managing key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process from design to execution for a broad range of roles from junior to senior management (including C-suite and partners)
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy:Develop and oversee strategic hiring plans in line with organizational talent strategies at the business level. This includes exceeding set recruitment targets on both regional and senior management levels.
  • Market Expansion:Lead recruitment operations for new business industries and emerging topics. This involves designing and implementing entire recruitment strategies from scratch.
  • Business Development:Responsible for advancing business growth by forging strong relationships with internal stakeholders; acting as the ears to ground for our Business Development Leads and Business Leaders
  • Strategic Talent Pooling: Work closely with Business Leaders to understand upcoming quarterly/half year pipeline and proactively build resource pipeline accordingly.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on industry competitors and provide insights into emerging skill sets and roles.
  • People & Culture Leadership:Lead initiatives promoting diversity equity inclusion (DEI) corporate social responsibility (CSR) and fostering a positive working culture internally while building a positive brand image externally.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Response Hiring: Accountable for meeting urgent talent needs such as hiring multiple consultants within limited timelines for ad hoc projects.
  • Branding & Market Positioning: Build brand presence in select markets such as Hong Kong
  • Training & Development: Lead training initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment practices across the business
  • Full-Spectrum Recruitment: Solely responsible for carrying out end-to-end recruitment activities across all job levels
