Youll work closely with product and engineering teams to shape our infrastructure strategy support teams across the org and ensure our systems are observable resilient and ready for growth..
What Youll Do
- Ensure the reliability availability and performance of cloud-based systems and infrastructure
- Design and implement monitoring alerting and observability best practices (Prometheus Grafana ELK GCP tools)
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes infrastructure setup and security
- Develop automation for repetitive tasks (IaC CI/CD) using tools like Terraform GitHub Actions Argo CD or Flux CD
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management procedures
- Contribute to scalable solutions across teams certified and uncertified
- Advocate for best practices in DevOps security and site reliability engineering
What You Bring
Must-Have Experience:
- Experience with GCP AWS or Azure
- Strong hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS load balancers firewalls VPNs)
- Experience in observability platforms like Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog or GCP Log Explorer
- Clear grasp of observability fundamentals: metrics tracing logging
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions Argo CD Flux CD)
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform Ansible or CloudFormation
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL and Linux environments
- Familiarity with infrastructure security best practices
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to software architecture discussions
- Mentorship or leadership in past teams
- Proficiency in Go Python Java or Typescript
- Practical experience applying AI/ML tools in DevOps workflows
