Job Description
Construction Coordinator
Singapore Islandwide
SGD$2800 - SGD$4500
The Project Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the construction site from site preparations to build-out. He/She is able to work independently is a team player and possesses excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams. He works on-site on a rotating or day-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Support coordination across the various disciplines and construction teams to align drawings
- Support the management of commissioning and testing of components equipment and systems
- Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and practices
- Assess the defects identified during the defects liability period for appropriate follow-ups
- Supervise subcontractors work activities
- Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience ( Renovation )
- Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
- Independent individual with good organization skills
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Strong command of English
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for conversing with subcontractors/clients
