Major Duties:
Carries out small to medium activities/projects with significant financial client and/or internal business impact
Work closely with RMs/CSDMs on various initiatives and key priority projects any operational changes efficiency requirements and implement business plans within the Client Service team and to cater client preferences and requests
May closely work and liaise with project leads to ensure communication and smooth implementation
May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert
Delivers a work product that requires less revision
Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Build strong working relationships with other departments throughout the organisation
Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
Has limited impact on own work team
Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Knowledge:
More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Carries out complex activities with significant financial client and/or internal business impact
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert
Requires conceptual knowledge of theories practices and procedures within a job discipline
Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
Exchanges straightforward information asks questions and checks for understanding
Experience:
Accountable for own contributions
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
