Position Overview:
At IXT we connect the worlds IoT devices with secure reliable and scalable connectivity solutions. Our Customer Success Manager will play a key role in ensuring our customers maximise the value of our solutions from onboarding to long-term success. As a dedicated customer success manager you will lead the development of IXTs customer experience ensuring seamless implementation proactive support and customer growth across a range of industries.
Key responsibilities:
- Build own and develop the customer journey guide customers from onboarding to full adoption of IXTs products.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience helping customers integrate our solutions with their existing IoT infrastructure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer questions training and technical support.
- Monitor customer health identifying risks and opportunities for expansion.
- Work cross-functionally with sales marketing product and technical teams to improve the customer experience.
- Provide proactive support solving connectivity challenges and ensuring reliability.
- Develop educational content such as FAQs webinars and training sessions to help customers use IXTs services effectively.
- Own HubSpot Service Hub processes optimising customer success processes ticketing and automation.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM and automation to track customer engagement and drive retention.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer success account management or technical support in a telecom SaaS or IoT-related industry.
- Highly organised with a structured and proactive mindset.
- Strong communication skills you can explain complex solutions in a simple and engaging way.
- Problem-solving approach you enjoy tackling challenges and finding solutions.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce etc.) is an advantage.
- Technical understanding of connectivity solutions (SIM eSIM VPNs IoT platforms) is a plus.
