Minimum 11 - 13 years similar experience in a reputed firm in Audit or M&A Advisory firm
Member of ICASL/CIMA/ACCA and/or bachelors degree in finance/accounting
Strong accounting technical skills with good understanding of Sri Lanka Accounting Standards.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and information business drivers and evaluate quality of earnings quality of assets and liabilities debt and equity.
Excellent report writing skills communication skills and attention to detail.
Fluent with MS office tools having expertise in MS Excel is a prerequisite
Domain knowledge in different industries (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities
Application of thorough knowledge in providing transaction-related services to public and private corporates
Carry out business development work to target clients and sectors and present winning proposals to clients
Ensure team productivity resource allocation and skills development activities
Adopt a questioning mindset and apply industry knowledge in establishing transaction hypotheses
Identify and recommend risk mitigation measures in connection with transactions
Assist in acquiring maintaining and developing client relationships in the Transaction Advisory space
Lead the projects and manage the client engagements and projects on an end-to-end basis
Produce high-quality reports
Manage and lead assigned teams and collaborate with other teams where necessary and work with industry subject experts
Contribute to Transactions related activities research and other projects within the function
Participate in the realization and closing of multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams on strict time deadlines.
