We are looking for a Club Concierge based at Kowloon Shangri-La Hong Kong!
As a Club Concierge we rely on you to:
- Provide personalised guest servicessecretarial concierge services and food & beverage services
- Perform check-ins and check-outs
- Be responsible for mail and information and airlines reservations / confirmations
- Supervise and assist in the training ofClub Ambassadors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Diploma or above in Hospitalty Managementor related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Service Industry preferably in Front Office or Airline operations
- Self-motivated and well-organised
- Able to work independently
- Excellent command of spoken English Cantonese and Putonghua
- Candidates with less experience may be considered as ClubAmbassador
