Qualifications
Job Duties:
- Consolidate the par product information from different business units
- Review on the non-guaranteed benefit evaluation mechanism and methodology
- Provide verification and justification on proposed par product actions
- Monitor and review the experience on the source of surplus as bonus distribution
- Provide guidance to different business units on par fund management
- Arrange and coordinate on par management committee
- Participate in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
