This role is based on-site at our Assessment Centre in Lichfield.

What youll be doing
- lead the chargein coordinating clinicians and health technicians to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Medical Wing
- deliver hands-on careby conducting a range of medical screening tests including ECGs spirometry audiometry and more
- support every candidates journeyby clearly explaining their results and outlining next steps before they leave the medical centre
- keep operations running smoothlyby managing medical supplies procurement and stock accountability
- build trusted relationshipsthrough effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- stay sharp behind the scenesby handling essential admin tasks and using IT systems confidently to maintain accurate records
What were looking for
Essential Skills
- registered Nursewith a valid NMC qualification
- confident IT user comfortable navigating digital systems and tools
- strong people managementand communication skills with experience working acrossdiverse teams and collaborative environments
- knowledgeable in medical equipmentand consumables used in clinical testing environments
Desirable Skills
- previous experience in health screening is desirable; however training will be provided for all clinical tests and procedures
