Major Responsibilities:
Develops and executes marketing plans that drive revenue growth physician awareness and market development ofassignedproducts
Owns the marketing strategy fortherapies and productsthat caters to the needs of the business
Develops and gains alignment around marketing plan and associated activities
Collaborates with sales supply chain profesisonal education finance and other key stakeholders
Partners with sales to drive effective physician communication regarding therapy/product positioning pricing applications and pricing
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to launch products and manage product changes in line with global strategies
Develops national initiatives and ensure programs meet the needs of major trade channels
Leads the team to convert learning and insights into meaningful actionsdeveloping customer-relevant concept andeffective marketing programs
Controlsbudgetwith regular tracking
Interacts with Globalphysicians to drive local physician interaction and engagement
Marketing intelligence Development and maintenance
Monitorsproduct performance competitor activitiesanalyses variances from plan and recommendsremedial action as appropriate
Capability building for execution excellence
Lead cross functional teams in execution excellence to ensure delivery of strategies and activities by committed timelines
Leadsandcoachescross-functional team to deliver continuous outstanding results
Minimum Education Required:
Bachelor degree or above
Minimum ExperienceRequired:
Possession of highest personal integrity and standards
Passionate in growing brand and taking on business challenges

Minimum Qualification
Preferred several years experiences in medical device marketing field in MNC with successful experience in product management.
