You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.
This is an 18 month fixed term part time role (0.5 FTE). This position can be located in any Ahpra location with a preference to Melbourne working in a hybrid arrangement.
About the role
The Board Support Officer works as part of the Psychology Policy and Project team providing professional informed secretariat governance and associated administrative support to Psychology Board project Reference Groups and Committees.
In this role you will:
Support the effective operation of our Board and committees by coordinating meetings managing communications and ensuring accurate documentation. Youll liaise with internal and external stakeholders organise events and workshops/forums take and distribute minutes and maintain governance records. With a strong focus on professionalism confidentiality and customer service youll play a key role in fostering collaborative relationships and ensuring our governance processes run smoothly and efficiently.
