Function: Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing inbound opportunities.

24 years in B2B sales preferably in fintech SaaS or payments
Proven track record with outbound prospecting and inbound closing
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with tools like HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator Lusha/Hunter and ZoomInfo
Comfortable running discovery calls product demos and contract negotiation
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced ambiguous startup environments
Familiarity with Singapores SME landscape
Experience selling to e-commerce brands retailers or F&B businesses
Understanding of payment methods POS systems or checkout plugins
Ability to build repeatable processes and improve sales playbooks
Inbound: Qualify engage and convert inbound demo requests and self-serve signups
Outbound: Identify and reach out to target accounts via email LinkedIn calls
Run discovery tailor product pitches and deliver high-conversion demos
Own the deal cycle: follow-ups objection handling pricing contracting and onboarding handoff
Collaborate with product marketing and support teams to improve GTM workflows
Maintain detailed pipeline updates in HubSpot and track metrics (win rate deal size cycle length)
