Job Description
Our client is a market leader in Logistics. Currently they are looking for an experienced CFO to join their team.
Job Description
- Report directly to CEO and fully responsible for the finance function in HK
- Play a key role in the growth strategy of the business
- Participate in M&A and loan financing
- Manage financial budgets and forecasts develop strategic investment and financial planning
- Oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting payroll and tax etc
- Ensure compliance with listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters
- Primary contact with external auditors local banks and third party financial related advisors
- Involve in internal control and process improvement projects
- Drive change management on finance initiatives
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting Finance or a related discipline
- Recognized professional qualification (CPA or CFA) is a must
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in sizeable listed company. Big 4 training is preferable
- Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry will be an advantage
- Good knowledge on Listing rules and SFC rules
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is required
