OAnalista Frota Jr o profissional dedicado ao atendimento do Gestor de Frota LeasePlan tem como principal tarefa o recebimento de demandas dos clientes para tratar imediatamente ou com as reas responsveis.
A principal misso deste cargo atender e monitorar as solicitaes do Gestor de Frota alm de identificar novas oportunidades de melhoria atuando diretamente com as reas de operaes e demais a fim de melhorarmos de forma contnua a qualidade no atendimento e consequentemente a satisfao dos clientes. Temos como viso aprimorarmos a nossa excelncia operacional garantindo uma maior satisfao no atendimento aos clientes com foco no aumento do resultado da pesquisa de NPS (Cliente NPS) e reteno da carteira.
