About the Team
You will join theRegulatory Reportingteam at a strategic moment supporting the adaptation tonew Central Bank regulations. This is thetop priority positionwithin the team with a direct focus onBasel capitalandPillar 3 reports playing a critical role in ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic and evolving environment.
What Youll Be Doing
- Structure and ensure the quality ofregulatory reportssuch asDLOandDLIand internal presentations with a focus on regulatory capital.
- Develop update and documentinternal policiesrelated toBasel capital requirements.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance ofPillar 3 reportsin accordance with Central Bank requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams toautomate processesand optimize report generation.
- Support initiatives for compliance withnew BACEN regulations with a sense of urgency and precision.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience inauditingorpayment institutions with strong knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Hands-on experience withregulatory reporting(CADOCs Pillar 3 DLO DLI etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of accounting principles related to capital adequacy.
- Advanced English level able to follow technical training and materials (fluency is not required).
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge ofPythonandSQLfor process automation and data extraction across multiple sources.
- Familiarity with complex regulatory environments (e.g. BACEN IFRS Basel III).
- Experience withBusiness Intelligence (BI) toolsapplied to regulatory reporting.
