Job Description

Procurement Analyst (Associate)

Company:

The Boeing Company

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Associate) to join our Supply Chain Team in either Seattle WA or Mesa AZ.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Measure key performance indicators

  • Extract and analyze data from multiple sources

  • Prepare reports

  • Review procurement/planning systems

  • Review schedules create plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities

  • Coordinate program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation

  • Document and participate in the implementation of lean improvements

  • Communicate project objectives and activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 3 years of experience working in cross-functional teams

  • 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years of experience in tracking deliveries and shipments of goods from suppliers

  • 3 years of experience SAP or ERP equivalent

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required
