The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst (Associate) to join our Supply Chain Team in either Seattle WA or Mesa AZ.
Position Responsibilities:
Measure key performance indicators
Extract and analyze data from multiple sources
Prepare reports
Review procurement/planning systems
Review schedules create plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities
Coordinate program schedule changes with procurement agents for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation
Document and participate in the implementation of lean improvements
Communicate project objectives and activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
3 years of experience working in cross-functional teams
3 years of experience working with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 years of experience in tracking deliveries and shipments of goods from suppliers
3 years of experience SAP or ERP equivalent
Bachelors degree or higher preferred but not required
