We are building partnerships with corporates insurance companies and wellness providers to scale access to our programs.
We are seeking a B2B Sales & Program Manager to drive and manage our B2B partnerships in close collaboration with our B2B Channel Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales across corporates insurance brokers TPAs and insurance companies to onboard partners for Evolifes medical weight loss programs.
Own and deliver sales KPIs including pipeline generation conversions and revenue targets.
Identify and explore alternate lead-generation channels such as gyms salons wellness centers and wellness ecosystems.
Develop and deliver impactful presentations pitch decks and proposals for client meetings.
Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams (medical product operations and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
Track and report performance metrics regularly.
Act as the day-to-day execution partner while leveraging consultant guidance for channel growth.
Requirements
35 years of experience in B2B sales corporate partnerships or enterprise account management.
Prior experience in healthcare insurance wellness or HR/employee benefits sales preferred.
Strong ability to pitch negotiate and close deals with senior decision-makers. Experience in cracking new B2B accounts is essential.
Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Self-starter with high ownership comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Ability to work closely with external consultant guidance while driving execution independently.
