JOBDESK PERSONAL ASSISTANCE :

  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Calendar Management: Scheduling appointments meetings and managing the employers calendar.

  • Communication Management: Handling correspondence (emails phone calls etc.) taking messages and managing communication flow.

  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights accommodations transportation and creating itineraries.

  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling organizing and sometimes taking minutes for meetings.

  • Report Preparation: Typing compiling and preparing reports presentations and other documents.

  • Document Management: Organizing and maintaining files databases and other administrative systems.

  • Research: Conducting research on various topics as needed.

  • Personal Support Tasks (May Vary):

  • Errand Running: Running personal errands such as shopping or handling bill payments.

  • Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events and conferences.

  • Personal Correspondence: Managing personal emails letters or other correspondence.

  • Other: Depending on the employers needs PAs may also assist with other personal tasks.
