Provide personalized service and business support to NSE Distributors by researching and resolving distributor problems and questions to achieve customer satisfaction
Providing prompt and accurate responses to all concerns and questions regarding company policies and procedures distributor agreements shipments returns and refunds company programs promotions and special events
Coordinate efforts with other departments and assist them in various business support tasks
Regulating orders returns refunds and sign-ups
Carry out extra given task by superiors
What youll need:
high-school degree or College graduate
English language knowledge oral and written
to use IT applications such as MS Office Internet etc.
telephone etiquette and ability to display a customer service attitude
communication skills both written and oral
organizational and interpersonal skills
interpersonal skill team player strong problem solving and analytical skills
relevant experience in customer service or similar field
