Job Description
Were excited to offer two apprenticeship opportunities within our Claims department.
As an apprentice youll play a key role in supporting your team with administrative tasks helping to ensure that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Youll also assist in progressing lower-value cases to a timely resolution.
Youll be working alongside a supportive and experienced team who will help you develop essential business skills including organisation administration customer service teamwork and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As your confidence and capabilities grow youll have the chance to take on more responsibility preparing you to apply for further roles within the business once your apprenticeship is complete.

What we are looking for
Were looking for individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy working as part of a team are keen to learn new skills and are comfortable following procedures while working efficiently.
You will be A Level qualified and IT literate (experience of using basic Microsoft packages such as Excel Word Outlook). Some office administration experience would be desirable but is not essential because full training will be provided.
You must also meet the eligibility requirements for the Level 3 Business Administration course (aminimum of 5 GCSE passes including Maths and English).
