ArcelorMittals Sustainable Development team plays a central role in advancing the organisations environmental social and governance (ESG) agenda. The team leads stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure transparent and meaningful dialogue with investors regulators NGOs and internal stakeholders. It is responsible for conducting double materiality assessments to identify and prioritise ESG issues that are financially and societally significant.
The team develops and maintains ESG-related policies and strategies aligned with global frameworks such as CSRD EU Taxonomy and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It oversees the preparation and assurance of sustainability disclosures ensuring consistency credibility and compliance across integrated and standalone reports. Through cross-functional collaboration the team drives continuous improvement in ESG performance and reporting quality.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeableEnvironmental Specialistto join our Sustainable Development team in London. This role will focus on advancing our work inbiodiversity and ecosystems aligning withESRS E4and theTaskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD)frameworks.

As part of our sustainability function the person will play a key role in shaping how we assess manage and report nature-related impacts dependencies risks and opportunities across our operations and value chain. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to embed nature-positive strategies and support our broader environmental goals.
