The position mainly requires you to become the Platform Master and liaise with departments like Production Dealing Development IBOps and API and ability to solve client questions regarding our products platforms pricing and different settings.
Assist in communicating feedback and client requests internally to ensure the company is providing the features and functionalities the clients want.
Primary responsibilities:
Liaise with different departments to resolve client tech questions provide feedback and communicate requirements Assist clients via Emails specialized chats conference calls regarding subjects ranging from platform technicalities to ensuring clients have all they need in order to get trading Assist other FSR and Sales colleagues via Live Chat when needed as well as provide full support to other team in tech related matters Work and coordinate with multiple company departments as well as your colleagues to ensure client requests are always satisfied Perform other assignments and tasks as assigned by Management Manage the companys App Store Develop and maintain FX and CFD product guides and trade execution knowledge
Requirements:
High level of general computer proficiency High level of critical thinking and analytical skills Ability to quickly grasp new materials and concepts quickly and efficiently Ability to consistently reach both personal and departmental qualitative and quantitative targets Excellent written and spoken English

Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm; Flex Hybrid WFH and WFO Day Shift
