Are you ready to take the next step in your career within Guild Insurance Were looking for a passionate and customer-focusedClaims Service Specialistto join our lodgement team in Melbourne.
In this role youll be the first point of contact for new Property claims providing exceptional service and setting the strategy for each claim. Youll manage a portfolio of low complexity claims ensuring efficient and effective outcomes aligned with our values and service standards.
What youll be doing:
- Receive and triage new Property claims via phone online and email
- Set customer expectations and appoint panel service providers
- Manage claims proactively with a strong financial and customer focus
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements
- Support team members and represent the claims department at internal and external functions
What were looking for:
- Previous experience in general insurance claims especially commercial property
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Analytical thinking attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- A commitment to compliance and continuous improvement
- A supportive and proactive team member that is adaptable and flexible
