POSITION SUMMARY (Primary purpose of job)
The Teacher Apprenticeship is designed to assist pre-service teachers with career development. Apprentices are responsible for providing direct and supplemental instruction to students under the direction of school personnel including but not limited to cooperating teachers. This includes student supervisory needs maintaining an environment conducive to learning and providing for student health mobility social and academic needs.
SPHERE AND SCOPE OF INFLUENCE (Supervisory scope district impact and budgetary responsibility)
The individual working in this role is responsible for supervising students implementation of Teacher instruction and assessment plans and utilizing resources accordingly. Input and collaboration toward these efforts is critical as well as communicating with students teachers and other staff to implement student programming.

Supervise students at all times and/or as directed by supervisor
Supervise events as described above and/or directed by supervisor
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (Minimum educational requirements licenses skills and experience required as well as preferred options)
Successful completion of Teaching Careers coursework
Reliable transportation to and from work site
