Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member with focus on deep expertise continuous execution throughput and quality
Proficient in overseeing a support ticketing queue with multiple open items demonstrating strong written and oral communication skills;
Capable of leading client status meetings and extracting relevant metrics;
Handles client relationships confirming effective communication;
Offers functional and/or technical subject matter expertise;
Directs process redesign efforts;
Leads technical and test teams for the implementation of functionality;
Assists with change activities to confirm business adoption and provides effective user training;
Manages the whole project lifecycle to confirm timely project delivery;
Meets with stakeholders throughout the organization to confirm a thorough set of requirements aligned to business objectives gaining thorough understanding of current and future state business processes;
Provides in-depth knowledge of the SAP application and evaluates the customers processes against the standard SAP functionality;
Demonstrates experience in use of SAP specifically SAP Cloud Analytics in a support/AMS environment;
Documents the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected;
Responsible for fixes and enhancements to the application to achieve the customers business requirements;
Has industry experience and understands challenges and risks when implementing and supporting vertical applications and localizations;
Demonstrated ability to Analyze and understand business problems.
Model data and processes.
Conduct workshops and training sessions.
Plan and carry out system and user acceptance testing;
Familiar with and experienced in:
Core application functionality
Implementation Methodology
Application technology stack;
Prepares and monitors performance reports and implements solutions to improve the system performance;
Responsible for performing installations end to end SAP upgrades (SPS Major SAP version) applying support packages and other support activities;
Possesses strong knowledge and experience in HANA Database and MS SQL Database Administration;
Possesses configuration knowledge on SAP cloud offerings such as BTP SAC Cloud connector etc;
Should be familiar with SAP interfacing solutions such as OpenText Redwood Evolve and Information Steward;
Should have experience in Disaster recovery setup and testing;
SAP BOBI Data services installation configuration and administration;
Proficient in the use of methodologies supported by SAP industry leading practices;
ITIL process knowledge/understanding is highly preferred;
Understand client requirements provide solutions functional specifications and support technical components accordingly.
Ability to create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
Excellent Communication analytical and Interpersonal skills as a consultant and play key role of team lead.
In addition to the above the candidate should have been involved in the following during the life cycle of SAP support project
Unit Testing Integration Testing
User Support activities
Exposure to ASAP and other structured ITIL methodologies
Regularly interact with the onsite team/client
Provide status updates in daily/weekly conference calls
Maintain cordial relationship with onsite team/client
Good experience in creating both analytic and planning data models.
Story building with Smart Insights and Smart Discovery.
Experience in performing what if analysis & value driver tree simulation.
Experience in advanced planning functions like data actions allocations distributions & Spreading
Forecasting by combining actuals plus plan Predictive forecasting Trend analysis
Has exposure in setting up import & live connection to various sources like BW BPC HANA Universe Success Factor etc.
Experience in writing data back to Standard BPC Embedded BW & S4HANA.
Experience in SAP UI5/Fiori App development implementation and configuration

SAP BOPF Framework
Additional Qualification
Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11:00PM 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM)
Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
