Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Architect / Developer with advanced experience in Blue Prism and a strong understanding of Medicaid systems. This role is ideal for a local Austin-based candidate who thrives in a hybrid work environment and is passionate about automating complex business processes using cutting-edge technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Blue Prism (P3 - Advanced)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- .NET Development
- Medicaid Knowledge
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
Responsibilities:
- Architect develop and support Medicaid Business Process Automations using Blue Prism in an Agile Development environment
- Perform analysis coding and testing for moderate to complex RPA processes
- Leverage RPA expertise to promote and drive future automation solutions within Medicaid operations
- Integrate Blue Prism with technologies such as .NET SQL and web services
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to refine backlog and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Combine technical skills with business process knowledge to deliver effective automation solutions
- Provide on-call support and assist with production release deployments and troubleshooting of complex issues
