CARE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- assistingwith Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing dressing and ambulation assistance
- takinginitiative at clients homes & engaging in social activities
- effectively documenting clientchanges
- effectively communicatingwith team
- providinga positive & professional experience to our clients
CAREGIVER REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years relevant caregiver experience preferred
- current auto liability required
- personal vehicle required
- valid drivers license required
