Fund Senior Analyst

The Resource Senior Analyst is responsible for assigning the right resource to the right client at the right time while balancing employee growth and client results. The Resource Analyst will anticipate needs and work with Managers to ensure maximum utilization and minimize availability. The Resource Analyst will have deep knowledge of employee skill sets as well as the skills required by client deliverables.

Main Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Understand client SLAs agreements to meet business requirements.
• Provides analysis around key metrics such as availability and utilization. Develop staff hours and client hours projections to be used in the budgeting and forecast process.
• Work with Managers to identify and define open needs and identify staff to fulfill those needs. Continuously collect analyze communicate and update planning data due to demand changes.
• Anticipates potential staffing conflicts and proactively manages conflicts by providing alternatives that maximize utilization and staff development.
• Acquires and maintains knowledge of staff skill set as skills needed for client deliverables.
• Responsible for data management to ensure schedule is up to date to be used for forecasting capacity and FTE requirement.
• Prepares and distributes regular reports globally that will be used for Operational analysis.
• Accumulates and accesses historical data that will be used in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting
• Built purpose-built template/report to assist Operation in their staffing analysis
• Engage in local/global calls with stakeholders to discuss capacity and scheduling concerns

Education Qualifications and Experience

• Three to five years of experience in professional services or financial services industry
• Strong reporting background. Ability to create customize and automate reports
• Background in workforce management and scheduling a back-office set-up
• Excellent organizational skills deadline-oriented and flexibility to meet changing needs of the role
• Proven ability to manage upwards and drive results.
• Passionate about the smallest level of detail and flexible to step back and view the big picture.
• Comfortable making recommendations to improve productivity quality and efficiency
• Works well as a team player but is also able to take a stand.
• Very strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to multi-task set priorities and meet strict deadlines
• Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. High degree of comfort using computer software and other Microsoft business products (Word PowerPoint Office) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities
• Strong metrics-focused with ability to use logic reasoning and analytics to solve problems and develop solutions.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality while balancing needs of business
• Ability to manage challenging conversations with stakeholders
