Job Description
In this phase we are currently looking forFull Stack Developerwho will support the development of a software that will potentially accommodate the research output of the lab. The ideal candidate (potential tech lead) is a curious team player with passion for solution development understands software engineering and has interest in data science.
What will you do
- Help solve some challenges in energy and water industry (and more) by building software
- Work with team to design the architecture
- Build test and deploy backend and frontend
- Recommend new approaches
- Document progress
- Learn new techniques and tools (And teach too)
- And a lot more
Who you are:
- Wants to solve challenges in energy and water industry
- Understands software engineering
- Develops software using Scala
- Communicates very well in English (including written)
- Understands agile way of working
- Understands and has worked with databases and data architectures
- Has general interest in data science
- Willing to learn
- Codes in Scala and other relevant languages
- Excited about solving problems
- Has reasonable amount of common sense
