Ford Business Solutionsis looking for a
Investment Control Analyst
to join ourAftersales Finance teamin ourSzentendreoffice.
As part of our Finance team youll drive the planning forecasting and control of capital investment for Ford Customer Service Division (FCSD) in Europe. Youll manage project budgeting analyze spend vs. forecast and ensure capital projects stay on track.
Responsibilities
What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team
- Preparing forecasts and budgets based on trends and department input
- Tracking actual vs. planned capital spend and explaining variances
- Coordinating capital project creation and managing approvals
- Supporting finance approvals in purchasing tools (e.g. Ariba)
- Ensuring correct capital/expense split and project coding
- Leading asset verification activities and corrections
Qualifications
Are we looking for you Yes if
- You have a University / College degree in Finance/Economics/Business and 3 years work experience in relevant positions
- You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have experience with SAP which would be desirable
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You have good understanding of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement
- You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
