Workshop Manager Joinery and Stone Fabrication
Location:Hornchurch
Salary:Competitive based on experience
Hours:Full-Time Monday Friday
The Role:
Our client a specialist manufacturer of high-quality joinery and stone products is seeking an experiencedWorkshop Managerto oversee their busy workshop. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll manage day-to-day operations lead a skilled team and ensure all products meet exacting quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience injoinery and stone fabrication with a strong understanding of production processes quality control and health & safety. You will plan schedules manage materials and inventory and drive continuous improvements to maximise efficiency and output.
About You:
- Proven experience managing production in joinery woodworking or stone fabrication workshops.
- Strong knowledge of workshop machinery hand tools and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain quality standards health & safety procedures and compliance protocols.
- Organised proactive and able to motivate a team.
