As Local Business Line Manager of Industries Robotics China responsible for profitable business growth overseeing commercial (sales and marketing) and operations activities of local business. This role is to oversight the local business line for strategy implementation sales customer relationship project execution and to drive growth and operational excellence in the organization.
Your role and responsibilities
- Implement a customer-focused strategy derived from the overall business and functional strategy to ensure business development in China market.
- Ensure development of performance targets in line with global business line and ensure the achievement of the short mid and long-term performance and growth objectives through regular oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed.
- Evaluate market opportunities and decides appropriate activities in line with the strategy. Continuously drive the product and solutions portfolio to drive business growth and market share.
- Accountable for a sustainable and effective value-chain from Customer to Supplier and from Order to Delivery (Products Projects & Service).
- Drive continuous improvement of Quality business processes and procedures and of the overall customer satisfaction.
- Build an effective capable and high-performing organization in terms of developing talent reviewing organizational effectiveness performing continuous skill-upgrades.
- Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards rules tools policies and processes related to HSE integrity Operations and Project execution.
Qualifications for the role
- Front end business and management experience in industrial or automation industry.
- Deep knowledge in business strategy product portfolio management sales & channel management and operations.
- Profit & Loss responsibility with proven successful business outcomes in managing growth and change.
- Demonstrate a strong customer orientation and a strong collaborative spirit.
- Open for change and result oriented.
- Good communication influencing coaching and leadership skills.
