Role Overview

This is a foundational role on our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer/ Technical team. As a junior consultant or intern youll assist with the implementation customization and support of MS D365 FinOps solutionsworking under guidance from senior consultants to deliver value and learn along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing and configuring MS D365 FnO modules under guidance

Help translate business requirements into technical configurations and simple customizations

Support data migration and system integration tasks

Create and maintain documentation on system configurations customizations

Troubleshoot basic BC-related issues and escalate complex tickets

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and test enhancements

Provide support to end users as part of hands-on learning and knowledge-building

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field

Passion for technology ERP systems and a keen desire to learn and grow hands-on

Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Nice-to-Haves

Exposure to X Visual Studio or Azure DevOpseven through coursework or personal experimentation

Basic SQL or reporting familiarity

A genuine interest in mastering ERP modules like manufacturing supply chain or financeespecially in D365 F&O context
