Were looking for a new Physiotherapy Administrator at our Derby Hospital who brings a blend of strong administration skills and a passion for exceptional customer care to play a key part in building a healthier nation.
The Role
You will be the face of Nuffield Health and sensitive to our customers needs. As a Physiotherapy Administrator you will;
Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
Welcome patients and put people at ease when they visit your department.
Use our physiotherapy computer system to deal with payments book and reschedule appointments.
Answer the phone dealing with enquiries
Aid the smooth running of the department by preparing clinical paperwork clinical diaries and liaising with our central bookings and finance teams.
The Person
To succeed as a Physiotherapy Administrator you will have;
Good IT and keyboard skills.
Great communication skills.
The ability to explain sensitive or complicated information in a clear sympathetic and easily understood way.
Experience of working within healthcare administration or a relevant reception environment.
Be able to prioritise a busy workload

The Nuffield Health DerbyHospital is a modern purpose-built hospital with 38 en-suite beds three operating theatres and together with a comprehensive range of outpatient services.
The Physiotherapy department is a small but busy department covering both inpatient and outpatient treatment across both Nuffield Derby Hospital and Nuffield Fitness & Wellbeing Centre. Set in beautiful grounds were about 3 miles from the city centre within easy reach of all major roads and bus routes.
