We are now seeking an outstanding General Manager Australian Operations to join our team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing a project portfolio building strong client partnerships and ensuring the highest standards of service across our Australian operations.
What Youll Do
- Lead and inspire a national operations portfolio to achieve strategic operational and financial objectives.
- Drive commercial success ensuring delivery against annual revenue and margin targets.
- Oversee five operational Directors and their teams to ensure performance compliance and client satisfaction.
- Represent Aspen Medical at the highest levels with government industry and community stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement service innovation and workforce excellence.
- Foster a high-performance culture aligned to our mission values and long-term goals.
What Were Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven leader who will bring vision commercial acumen and proven results. You will bring:
- Senior executive management experience in complex high-pressure environments.
- A track record of building trust and influencing at executive and government levels.
- Exceptional leadership communication and change management capability.
- The ability to lead through ambiguity while inspiring collaboration and accountability.
- Tertiary qualifications in business health or related disciplines (desired).
