Job Description
Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team asCare Professionals(our term for caregivers). We help aging adults stay safe comfortable and independent in their homes. .
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Personalized companionship: Friendly conversation emotional support and engagement in hobbies or activities.
- Daily living assistance: Light housekeeping meal prep medication reminders and transportation to appointments.
- Specialized care: Support for clients with Alzheimers or other cognitive conditions.
- Ability to treat and care for aging adultsand their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
- Possess a valid drivers license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
Requirements:
- A heart for helping others and a respectful compassionate attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Reliable transportation; valid drivers license and auto insurance required if transporting clients.
- Experience is a plus but not requiredwe provide training!
