This Position reports to:
Production SupervisorJob Description:
- Production & Machine Operation: Operate machinery to assemble shafts and rotors follow manufacturing instructions and blueprints and ensure quality and defect-free production while meeting output goals.
- Technical Skills & Tools: Use measuring tools (tape measure scale) perform basic calculations identify and use appropriate shove tools supplies and materials and operate equipment like air manipulators and hoists.
- Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with team members communicate issues with supervisors support cross-training and assist in other departmental functions as needed.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize workplace safety follow guidelines report issues maintain daily cleanliness and be available for overtime and additional duties.
Education and Experience Needed:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 6 months of industrial or military experience or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
- Proficiency in reading speaking and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
