POSITION TITLE: ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Salary: $100000-$130000 annually
Job Snapshot:
CLC is seeking to hire an Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team. We are a 500 employee-focused nonprofit organization with an annual budget of over $70 million. Reporting to the Controller the Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company ensuring accuracy compliance and efficiency in all accounting processes. The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in financial reporting budgeting and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. While this position is primarily hybrid the successful candidate will be expected to be present at our Monterey Park headquarters 2-3 days per week or as needed.
