- Clerk Grade 9/10 salary relative to experience and ranges from $129464 to $142665 super
About the role
In this role as a Finance System Analyst you will provide Tier 2 support for the myWorkZone ERP system acting as the main escalation point for unresolved incidents. You will assist users with project accounting system access (EBR) and help coordinate training and support materials to improve system understanding and use.
You will work closely with Shared Services and system administrators to resolve issues support system testing and promote best-practice processes and data governance. Your work will play a key role in helping users adapt to a new ERP environment and use financial systems effectively.
About You
You are an experienced ERP support professional with strong problem-solving skills and a user-focused mindset. To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience providing Tier 2 support for ERP or finance systems
- Knowledge of project accounting and user access (EBR) frameworks
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly
- Experience supporting training delivery and improving user materials
- Ability to liaise effectively with Shared Services and system teams
- A focus on continuous improvement and optimising system use
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting Commerce or similar discipline
