About Us:
The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality low cost innovative community-based ambulatory care. This work stems from Mass General Brighams unified system strategy to bring health care closer to patients while lowering total health care costs.
The Mass General Brigham Medical Group launched on March 1 2023 as the new single management structure for Mass General Brigham employed community-based providers and ambulatory practices. The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings including primary care behavioral and mental health specialty care and urgent care both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts New Hampshire and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy imaging cardiac testing and infusion across both states.
In the Medical Group we share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across Mass General Brigham locations ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic experienced Executive Director to lead multiple Specialty Service Lines across our North Region.
Job Summary
The Executive Director partners with senior leadership physician leadership and support services to provide strategic and operational leadership and align performance with organizational goals.
Education
- Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or Related Field of Study required
- Masters Degree preferred
Experience
- 8 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a medical group or ambulatory operations required
- 5 years of experience managing large multi-specialty physician practices required
