Kongsberg Maritimeis looking for a dynamicSales Managerto join our team in the Benelux region. This is your chance to become part of a forward-thinking sales team and help us maintain our competitive and innovative edge.

In this role you will focus on driving sales and promoting Kongsberg Maritimes products and solutions within theMerchant and Yachtingsegments. Youll also identify opportunities to cross-sell other offerings from our portfolio to meet evolving customer needs.

OurNetherlands-based team works closely with product and sales experts at HQ. Together we combine deep product knowledge with strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional value. Youll join an experienced collaborative team committed to maximizing our sales potential.

What Youll Do

Develop and execute strategic sales and customer engagement plans to support business growth
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive system and product sales
Provide technical advice and support to customers ensuring optimal solutions tailored to their operational needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering product and service teams to meet regional KPIs and customer expectations
Prepare detailed quotations and manage contract negotiations to successful closure
Coordinate customer interactions with Kongsberg Maritimes global sales and technical resources
Manage the order intake budget and deliver accurate sales forecasts
Forecast sales volumes and profitability for both existing and new product lines
Represent Kongsberg Maritime at industry conferences trade shows and networking events

What Were Looking For

We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically mindedSales Managerwith a strong technical foundation and the following qualifications:

Experience in sales and marketing within the maritime industry with a solid understanding of vessel operations and maritime technologies
Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field or equivalent experience gained through relevant roles in technical sales maritime operations or commercial management
Proven track record in customer negotiations sales execution and commercial processes
Technical background that enables confident communication with customers on complex systems and solutions
Excellent communication skills in bothDutch and English written and spoken
Willingness to travel as required for the role
