Within the Global Research team you will support the Global Head of Research & the Head of Research NL. We are looking for an enthusiastic energetic proactive Personal Assistant. The team
The Global Research team provides economic market geopolitical and sector insights for internal decision makers INGs customers and the broader public. We form objective views on what is happening in the world around us and share these. The team consists of about 80 colleagues working across the globe. The team is very visible both internally as externally for example in the media at events and as a source of insights to the organisation for example viaING THINK economic and financial analysis ING Think. The team experiences a strong feeling of accomplishment we love what we do. The team is led by its global management team headed by INGs Global Head of Research/Chief Economist.
Role & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be calendar management and planning and organizing and ensuring that your managers are well prepared for the variety of daily activities including travel.
You also have an administrative role in for example Workday processes e-profit and Ibuy.
You see and organise the social fabric of the team
Given the nature of the work and access to confidential and sensitive information the role is deemed to be sensitive. An extra security clearance is required by the Corporate Special Investigations (CSI) team.
How to succeed
You have similar PA (5 year) work experience in an international environment
Bachelors degree in office management or secretarial education
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Fluent MS Office skills (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint SharePoint) and MS Teams
Good problem-solving skills active listening
A can do mentality proactive resourceful and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills combined with high cultural sensitivity in order to work in a highly diverse environment
High level of confidentiality working with sensitive topics and senior management of ING
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You are comfortable with high work pressure and tight deadlines.
You can navigate through a network of relationships within the company including applying your empathy and cultural sensitivity abilities.
