Real People Recruitment is currently hiring on behalf of a well-established client in the hygiene janitorial and cleaning supply industry operating across Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to manage a busy territory covering North Dublin and Meath.
Sales Representative North Dublin & Meath
Location: Based in North Dublin covering the North Dublin & Meath areas
Salary: Negotiable (DOE)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Our client has built a solid reputation for quality products and exceptional customer service and is now looking to expand their team with someone who is passionate about relationship-building and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and manage a client portfolio in the assigned region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Provide expert product advice and support to clients.
Conduct regular site visits and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous Sales Representative or Merchandising experience (field-based preferred).
Strong communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A proactive and self-driven approach to work.
Comfortable using laptops CRM systems and mobile tools.
Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.
Full Irish Driving Licence is required.
Own transport is necessary (mileage covered).
