Building Service Engineer
A leading provider of innovative building solutions committed to excellence and sustainability. They are looking for a dedicated and skilled Building Service Engineer to support the project and ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of building systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and fire safety systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Collaborate with contractors and service providers for major repairs and installations.
- Monitor energy usage and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Building Services Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in building services engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
